Year 10 Trip to Spain

Students had the chance to visit the city and had a videocall with the students in the school to get to know them better. 

We are pleased to announce that we have now signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Spanish school to further our partnership and create further opportunities for students and staff to develop our links and enrich our language experiences. 

Students then traveled by coach to Barcelona and spent two days visiting the main landmarks of the city as well as the city of Sitges where they enjoyed some games at the beach and a delicious paella with breathtaking views!

It wasn’t all fun and games though, as students still managed to fit in some revision time to prepare for their mocks 

Thank you to all the staff involved Miss Lawman, Mr Bulbul and Mr Izotov who were amazing and made sure that everything ran smoothly.

I would also like to thank all the Year 10 students for their excellent behaviour and enthusiasm, you are a credit to Winchmore school. Well done.
